PostHeaderIcon Pelican Bass Fishing Boat Review – Series 1

Pros: Reasonable price, easy maneuverability, no trailer needed
Cons: Accessories are needed for the boat
>

The Pelican is a great little boat,  We really desired a fishing boat, but cost matters when you are on a budget. Most used bass boats are much bigger than the pelican and the cost is much higher. This little bass boat fits right in the back of my truck. Two people can pick it up easily. For the money, this is the best boat I have found.

While this is a very open question, I have aywlas been a subscriber to the spinnerbait during the spring. 1/2 oz. white spinner bait with double gold colorado blades. Fish slowly in staging areas and in shallow coves. I have caught some big bass in the spring this way. Other good spring baits include Rogues, jig n pig combos, shakey head worms, and when it warms up a bit, don’t forget the basic Rapala Floating Minnow. While its still cool though, stay slow and mythodical, making sure you cover water thoroughly.
